Southern Tyres is an established company in Cork delivering tyre and motor services to customers in the
Cork City and East Cork areas of the county. We are looking for a Manager to manage our Blackpool
Depot. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a progressive company and progress

The successful candidate will be responsible for the everyday management of every aspect of the business.
This is a hands-on role and will need to manage the retail outlets whilst delivering an exceptional standard
of service to our customers.
 

Requirements

• Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.

• Achieve or exceed sales and profit goals.

• Motivate the team and provide training & guidance when necessary.

• Create and maintain a positive working environment with a culture of ownership.

• Manage the stock by invoicing correctly, booking in-stock orders correctly and making adjustments

• through the warehouse when needed to make sure the stock is always correct.

• Work safely, ensuring the safety and well-being of self, colleagues, customers and visitors.

• Monitor and improve Depot standards.

• A minimum of 4 Years’ experience within the tyre or motor business,

• 2-3 Years’ experience as a Retail Manager within the tyre or motor business
